About The City Cirebon

About The City

Cirebon is a busy port city on the northern coast of the island of Java. The people of Cirebon are mixed of Sundanese and Javanese culture, due to the location of the city. Because of its expanded harbour facilities and thriving arts tradition, most Cirebonese work either in trade and harbour management or in private and home industries such as fishery, batik, cement, oil, and automobiles. Cirebon is an excellent starting point to all other parts of Java as it is an important center of trade in Java and its harbour, airport, street, and railway networks reach all important transit towns in Java.
